Finding Alignment Through Intention
In the hustle of daily life, many of us operate on autopilot, rarely pausing to assess our path or envision where we truly want to be. I created Manifested Mail to break that cycle—to encourage moments of reflection, connection, and intentional living.
By putting pen to paper, you bring your visions out of your mind and into reality. Writing them down solidifies them as a personal commitment to yourself. In this process, you’ll dive deep and describe, without limitations, the life you want to create.
When you know where you are, where you’re headed, you can make choices that align with your highest vision.
The Ritual That Started It All
This brings us to a pivotal moment that shaped Manifested Mail’s creation—my own personal tradition.
Throughout the year, I make it a priority to set aside quiet evenings free from distractions to reflect, assess, and set my intentions. I create a calm and relaxing space—brewing a cup of coffee or tea, lighting candles, and diffusing my favorite essential oils. In this peaceful atmosphere, I center my thoughts and write a heartfelt letter to the Universe, outlining my dreams, goals, and intentions for the months ahead. After finishing my letter, something felt incomplete — I had a strong desire to mail it somewhere.
Mailing it felt symbolic—a way to release my dreams into the Universe with purpose so I could fully begin my journey. I wanted this to be a sacred ritual. I longed for a trusted place that would preserve my letter, hold me accountable, and send it back at the right time. My letter became a personal challenge—a way to reflect on how much I’d grown by the time it returned.
When I couldn’t find such a service, I decided to create it myself. And so, Manifested Mail: To the Universe, With Love was designed to give others that same intentional experience—an opportunity to capture your vision, record it, release it, and reconnect with it at the perfect time. It serves as a symbol of your progress and your purpose.
Where Manifestation Begins
The metaphysical realm is often described as the energetic space where manifestations take form—shaped by the power of our conscious thoughts, emotions, and intentions, all of which carry their own vibrational frequencies. While we can’t physically see this space, it holds the energy of our beliefs and desires.
Manifestation happens when our consciousness aligns with our goals. The metaphysical realm is where this alignment begins—it’s where we visualize, clarify, and connect to our goals on an emotional and energetic level. From there, through belief, gratitude, and aligned action, our intentions begin to materialize in the physical world.

A Vision Fueled by Energy and Expertise
As the founder of Manifested Mail, I bring together my education and expertise in business management, marketing, and wellness to shape every part of this service. I’ve always been captivated by the metaphysical world and its connection to our everyday lives.
During my years as a massage practitioner, I spent countless hours in quiet meditation while I worked - becoming deeply attuned to the subtle energies around me. Massage didn’t just sharpen my intuition; it heightened my sensitivity to the energy and deepened my understanding of the unseen forces that shape our reality. In my practice, I witnessed extraordinary moments- clients defying difficult prognoses by tapping into their inner power and initiating profound healing.
My personal journey has also been shaped by spiritual awakenings, synchronicities, and a lifelong exploration of vibrations, frequencies, and energy. One truth remains constant: when we align with our purpose and trust the process, remarkable transformations unfold.
Out of great pain comes great creation. Through all the challenges I’ve faced, I’ve relied on the principles of the law of attraction to heal, grow, and persevere. These experiences taught me that setbacks don’t define us—it’s how we realign, trust ourselves, and move forward through obstacles that truly shapes who we become.
Inspiration From Family Traditions
When I reflect on what truly inspires me, my thoughts always return to my daughter, Isla. At just 12 years old, she embodies a quiet strength that continually amazes me. While I’ve spent years teaching her about energy work, mindfulness, and staying aligned with a high vibration, she has, in so many ways, become my teacher. Her approach to life has a calm focus and feels almost magical—a reminder of what it means to live in flow. She shows up fully present and ready to embrace whatever comes her way. That’s Isla's gift: she trusts life, she trusts her purpose, and she believes in herself without hesitation. From her, I’ve learned that when we release fear, stand confidently in our purpose, and align our actions with our beliefs, remarkable things happen.
